Returns and complaints

We know that returns and complaints about goods can be difficult and complicated, so we have done our best to make this entire process easier for you. To make a return as quickly as possible, we encourage you to use the method below.

Products purchased online cannot be returned to our stationary stores.

TRADITIONAL METHOD OF RETURN

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package with your order to submit a declaration of cancellation of each product purchased in the online store.

In turn, you have 14 days from the date of sending us the declaration of withdrawal from the contract to send the return back to us.

To return or complain about a product, follow the steps provided.

1. Log in to your customer account and find the order you want to complain/return.

2. Select the products to return. In case of a complaint, fill in the field with additional information about the complained product.

3. Approve your return.

4. Download, complete and put the return form in your shipment - this point is not obligatory, but it will make our work much easier and speed up the processing.

6. Remember to write down the shipment number so that you can track its fate.

If you decide to send your return by Poczta Polska, we recommend writing down the shipment number - this will be the basis for filing a complaint in the event of loss.

7. The payment will be refunded immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision regarding the refund.

However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until we provide proof of returning it, depending on which event occurs first.

REFUND IF THERE IS NO CUSTOMER ACCOUNT ON OUR WEBSITE

If you decide to send your return by Poczta Polska, we recommend writing down the shipment number - this will be the basis for filing a complaint in the event of loss.

COMPLAINTS

To advertise a product, follow the steps provided.

1. If you have an account on our website, log in to your customer account and find the order for which you would like to make a complaint, and also fill in the field with additional information about the product being complained about. If you are not logged in to our website, skip this step.

2. Download, complete and insert the returns form into your shipment

Additionally, please keep the confirmation of sending the parcel with the amount visible - if the complaint is accepted, we will refund the costs of sending the parcel.

5. A response to the complaint will be provided within 14 days from the date of filing the complaint.

6. If the complaint is accepted, the goods will be repaired or replaced with another one of full value. If this is not possible, we will refund the equivalent of the price of the goods or offer you other goods available in the Store to choose from.

Note: The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Note: When canceling or returning or partially returning an order, the Customer is obliged to return the freebies if he is not entitled to them in a given situation. Returns without freebies will not be considered complete.
